POSTAGE/HANDLING/INSURANCE:  Charges will be added to orders.  The postage guide indicates approximate charges for UPS ground delivery in 48 states.  Charges for rush processing, non-standard ground or remote areas, open account orders or purchase orders may vary.  UPS insurance:  35 cents per $100 coverage.

ORDER CHANGES are possible.  There may be an added processing charge if billing has already been processed or re-packing is required.

DELIVERY:  Approx. 7-15 days or less from receipt of confirmed order.  Rush next day or two-three day orders should be called in.

PAYMENT:  Orders indicating check will be shipped upon receipt of payment.  New orders may require 7-10 days for check clearance.

PURCHASE ORDERS:  School/National organization  Written, authorized signature stating Net 30 days + postage additional.  ( Min. postage/handling charge)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  Unused or defective items within 30 days with authorization.  Shipping charges are not refunded.  Inspect your apparatus before using it.  Durability is not a reason for return, as some styles give up degrees of durability in order to achieve either a different look or a better manipulative quality.  Authorized returns for credit on file will have no re-stocking fee  if in brand new "unopened" condition.  A return for check refund, charge card credit or an unauthorized exchange will incur a processing fee.  Shoe exchanges must be authorized.  Contact us for procedure.  Shoes that have been "pivoted" on are not returnable.  Please try shoes on briefly for "fit" with a stocking and on a clean rug.  

UNUSUAL OCCURRENCES:  Damaged package Write "damaged" next to your signature at time of delivery, save original package and notify us immediately.

PRICING/STYLES:  Prices quoted are subject to change without notice due to factory, exchange rate, postage increases.   Styles may vary slightly in  size, color, shading or texture due to ongoing factory changes.  If unity for group work is required, inform us in writing.

WARNING:  Apparatus use without proper training and supervised conditions and environment suitable for rhythmic gymnastic work could have dangerous or catastrophic results and should not be undertaken.

DETERMINING HOOP SIZE:  Measure distance from the floor to the hipline of the standing gymnast.  Then measure distance from the floor to waist.  Height of hoop should fall between these two measurements.  

DETERMINING CLUB SIZE:  Measure the middle of gymnast's palm straight up the forearm to the start of the muscle (bump) of the shoulder.  Club length should not exceed this measurement. 

SHOE SIZING:  Guidelines are general.  They may not apply to all gymnasts.

Plastic balls, hoop, etc. should not be left in excessive temperatures (hot cars, etc.) or pressurized environments, as they may lose shape.  Rubber balls are more durable.  The surface coating on some ball styles may wear within a few months, depending on use.  Surface durability is not guaranteed.  Work on carpeted surfaces for longer wear.  Balls are generally shipped inflated; some CLASSIC ball styles may be shipped deflated.
